They managed to fit me in a short notice for brake pad / disk replacement on my Octavia Vrs which threw a warning light whilst on holiday. What are the steps and stages in a diagnostic evaluation?

How much does a diagnostic evaluation cost?
Each diagnostic treatment is unique. Different problems demand different levels of examination. However, the investment starts at £100.

I know the fault codes. Do I still need a diagnostic evaluation?
Although we appreciate you may have the fault codes, we’re committed to providing the best service. That’s why we’re still required to perform our own evaluations.
Other garages have undertaken work on vehicles using a supposed fault code, only to uncover that the fault code they were given was incorrect, resulting in a hefty additional repair bill. For this reason, we believe that to provide a consistent, reliable service, we need to do the tests ourselves.
